IN THIS EPISODE:

My Christmas episode: I made the determination that my new diet pills were messing with my mental state, and I made sure to tell Alan to keep an eye on my personality. I had read on Google that they could cause anxiety and depression. I had a better day, though, and spent some time sitting in the sun in front of my picture window, reflecting on the times over the summers in the wilderness where I went for walks on the trails and basked in the sun and warmth and fresh air. I understood then that my days ahead have hope and purpose. I understand that Christmas has bigger meaning than me, and that helped put things into perspective. That really helped me to see my world from a brighter perspective, and to find hope in the days to come. I set in motion a new plan to get healthy, fit, and strong for Alan's homecoming.
